What do I get at the end of a brand strategy engagement?
A complete brand strategy document — positioning statement, audience maps, competitive framework, messaging hierarchy, and communication guidelines. Plus direct briefing sessions with your internal and agency teams to ensure it's actually used.
How long does a brand strategy project take?
A focused engagement typically runs 4–6 weeks. For larger brands needing full audits and architecture design, 8–12 weeks is more realistic. We don't rush strategy — but we don't drag it out either.
We already have a brand. Can you help us refresh it?
Yes — and this is where the most interesting work happens. We start with a brand audit: category positioning, audience perception, and competitive whitespace. From there, we identify whether you need a course correction or a full repositioning.
